Today we learned that Herts’ winning pitcher in the final of the 2010 U14 National Baseball Championship is now playing college baseball. Yes, that’s right Jesse Reinebold is the starting second baseman for the United States merchant Marine Academy.
They just completed their Florida trip and are now getting ready for their conference play. Given his lights-out performance on the mound in the 2010 National Final Herts fans will be surpirsed to learn that Jesse will be playing second base for his college team.
