The club has confirmed that it has added Omar Vallenilla. The 23-year-old comes from Venezuela, where he played for the Capital District team at Under-16 league level.
He has since moved to the United Kingdom and he is looking forward to restarting his baseball career with Herts. Vallenilla is a catcher but can cover other positions.
This is another in the long list of Venezuelan players to wear the Herts uniform over the years.
